The invention provides a nitrogen heterocyclic ring derivative and an organic light emitting device comprising the same, belongs to the technical field of organic optoelectronic materials and solves the technical problems that an organic light emitting material is low in heat stability and non-ideal in luminous effect after the temperature is increased in the prior art. According to the nitrogen heterocyclic ring derivative, the heat stability of the material is improved with introduction of a big conjugated system, and physical characteristics of the material can be further improved by changing connected groups, so that characteristics of luminescence of the organic light emitting device are improved. The organic light emitting device prepared from the nitrogen heterocyclic ring derivative as a main material has higher luminous efficiency and high heat stability, and the nitrogen heterocyclic ring derivative is the organic light emitting material with good performance.
