It has a light fastness rating of ISO 7 and a soaping, perspiration, oxygen bleaching, and seawater fastness rating of 4-5. However, it has a lower fading and staining rating of 4 and 5, respectively.
Preparation
3-Amino-4-hydroxybenzenesulfonamide diazo, and 3-Oxo-N-phenylbutanamide coupling, and then use cobalt chloride complex.
