Usage

General Description

3-beta-hydroxy-5-alpha-pregnane-11,20-dione, also known as allopregnanolone, is a neuroactive steroid that acts as a positive allosteric modulator of the GABA-A receptor, the main inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system.
