Description

Bepridil hydrochloride is a clinically useful calcium channel blocker with antianginal activity, potent activity against SARS-CoV-2 in vitro, and protective effects against Ebola virus and other filoviruses in a mouse model.

Uses

Bepridil hydrochloride is used as a calcium channel blocker for treating cardiovascular conditions.
Bepridil hydrochloride is used as an antiarrhythmic and antihypertensive agent for treating atrial fibrillation.
