Description
Direct Blue 151 is a blue-black powder that exhibits red fluorescence under ultraviolet light. It is soluble in water, producing a blue-purple or purple solution, and moderately soluble in ethanol, resulting in a red light purple solution. The dye solution turns blue or green in the presence of strong sulfuric acid, and upon dilution, it turns purple. When the dye solution is mixed with strong hydrochloric acid, it turns purple and forms a precipitate. The addition of a concentrated sodium hydroxide solution results in a red wine color. Direct Blue 151 has excellent dye uptake and affinity for cellulose fibers, with the highest affinity at a temperature of 100°C. It also has good discharge properties.

Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 110735-25-6 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,1,0,7,3 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 2 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 110735-25:
(8*1)+(7*1)+(6*0)+(5*7)+(4*3)+(3*5)+(2*2)+(1*5)=86
86 % 10 = 6
So 110735-25-6 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
