The polarographic behaviour of syn- and anti-forms of furfuraldoxime and p-chlorobenzaldoxime, and the single oxime of 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde have been studied in tetraalkyl- and phenyltrialkyl-ammonium halides at pH=3.0.The values of diffusion current constant (I) calculated for diffusion controlled waves have been found to be 3+/-0.3 for the syn and 5+/-0.5 for the anti forms as previously observed .A mechanism for the electrode reaction is also proposed.
