A new method is proposed for the synthesis of 8-aza-16-oxasteroid enaminoketolactones on the basis of the reaction of 3,4-dihydroisoquinolines with 2-acetyl-4,4-dimethyl-2-buten-4-olide.The various versions of the reaction and the compositions of the side products were investigated.The structutes of the obtained compounds were confirmed by alternative synthesis.In the course of the alternative synthesis the γ-alkylation of the enaminolactones was realized for the first time.
