The invention discloses a synthesis method of triazinopyrrole formic acid, which comprises the following specific steps: (1) by taking a compound II as a raw material, heating and reacting in concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain an intermediate III; (2) carrying out ring closing reaction on the intermediate III and ethyl bromopyruvate to obtain an intermediate IV; and (3) hydrolyzing the intermediate IV in the presence of hydrochloric acid to obtain a target product, namely the compound I.
