The completely-continuous flow synthesis method is carried out in an integrated completely-continuous flow reaction system, a reaction substrate and other raw materials are uninterruptedly added at a feed port, the product 3, 4-dichloronitrobenzene is uninterruptedly obtained at a discharge port, and the synthesis method is safe and efficient and has no amplification effect. Compared with a traditional production method, the method of the invention has the advantagesof shortening of the production time to be within 120 seconds, no amplification effect, stable product index and good reproducibility.
