1.No lookchem’s account?: Post Matchmaking request in just the same way. Our specialist will contact with you at the earliest.

2.Detail information needed: Let us know your detail information so that we can find the best supplier and price for you. It includes product name, CAS No., current demand quantity, future demand, purchasing frequency, specifications (purity,etc), application/downstream products, payment Term (T/T,L/C), price term (CIF or FOB, by air or by sea), your country, destination Port, your company name, trading company or manufacturer. The more the better. Real order enables better price and prior service.

3.No display of new inquiry /offer?: The inquiry/offer posted by new users can't be displayed immediately until reviewed and approved by Lookchem.

4.Security account: Lookchem offer security account. If buyer worries about the safety of transaction, buyer can remit the payment to our security account. When everything is checked and confirmed, we will release the payment to seller upon request of buyer.
